- Of course. We are always here to help find what’s right for your home and lifestyle. We hope you would think of us when you’re ready to do a project, but we never use high pressure sales techniques, and we are happy to educate you about the best flooring options available.
- Unfortunately, we only install products we sell. We do this to make sure we can provide you with a full warranty for material and installation defects.
- No, we do not estimate any projects without looking at the jobsite. There are many things that we can identify when we look at your home beyond the room dimensions to determine how much or what kind of material is needed for your project, so we always look before we give a quote.
- We only will re-stretch carpet if we installed it for you within the last 5 years.
- Of course! We are proud to fully warranty our work and we only work with manufacturers and distributors that we trust to provide quality products consistently. If something happens to your floor, reach out to us and we will be happy to help you make it right!
- Not exactly, but we have selections that will compete with their prices without compromising the quality. As professional flooring retailers, we don’t sell the same products as a big box retailer. Big box retailers have their own product lines with similar brand names created to fit their price points by compromising the quality.
